Yoga Palm Beach - Hatha Timetable

 Hi Yogis and Yoginis

We wish you a very happy March 2015

If you are struggling with stress and feel overwhelmed, that's normally an indication that you need to take time out for a bit of pampering and spiritual rejuvenation.

Come to Hatha on Thursdays and stay for heart warming yoga chanting. Release stress out of the body and get your chi flowing first with asana and then immerse in sacred yoga sound and feel the weight of the world lift from your shoulders.

You will feel so much better after your practice.

We look forward to seeing you soon. Click here for our Timetable

Karma - What is it?

Karma:

We are born here because we have certain desires. Our gross physical body forms around the desires we bring with us from our previous birth. We use this body as our vehicle in order to be able to fulfill our desires in this world.

Being self centered we go on our merry way living for ourselves. Generally we are not interested in a life of transcendence, for it is a rare person indeed who is drawn to self realisation.

We live mostly for gratifying the senses, being totally unaware that there are certain laws in place which means that every action we perform incurrs a reaction.

As Lord Jesus said in the Bible "As Ye sow, so shall Ye reap" or "For every action there is a reaction" This is the simple law of karma. No one can escape this law I'm afraid. Unfortunately, just because we are unaware of this law does not make us exempt from it's effects.

As the quote says above, Never blame anyone in your Life, we are destined for a certain amount of happiness and a certain amount of bad experiences. We should know that everything we experience in life is due to our past deeds, good or bad.

There is however a positive alternative. A life of Akarma or No Karma.

Holistic yoga meditation 4221 studio palm beach 4221 qld - has put together a few short videos, they contain meditation mantras and types of classes you can attend. I hope you like this one.

Some Images are beautiful. Combining them with spiritual hymns is a great combo. A person is eternally benefitted simply by seeing and reading the divine names of the Supreme. In the near future I will be able to include meditation sound tracks, but for right now this is the best we can do.

Have a look and comments are always welcome.

Best regards
