More recently the West has begun to embrace the holistic benefits of Yoga.
which now has devotees world wide and is glorified as being the absolute
best exercise for the up-keep and maintenance of the physical body.
Yoga works all areas of the body, internally and externally, helping to keep the body (our life vehicle) in as tip top condition as possible.
Our classes begin with a few minutes of sacred sound Yoga meditation, followed by Yoga Nidra and then the Yoga stretches begin. Yoga Nidra is repeated again at the end of the yoga stretches.

We then finish off with a few minutes of "Spiritual Food for Thought"
and group singing meditation which perfectly rounds out our Yoga practice.

About Me:
I have been practising yoga meditation consistently for many years and have also been a practising fan of hatha yoga asanas. I was a teenager when I under took my first yoga training.
I began teaching again 8 years ago after my second course of yoga teacher training and have just begun another yoga teachers training course (my third) which will see me through until next year.

We are back doing yoga again. Wonderful, I have been a regular for 9 years or so now. I have very rarely missed any classes, I'm hooked.
I enjoy the combination of yoga breathing, yoga nidra, and the yoga stretches which work all parts of the body. I am definitely a big fan of yoga with lalits.

I don't live on the gold coast but came to a yoga class while visiting. I really loved it. I'm pretty fit, but I found it to be a good workout combination of stretching, strength (getting into all the nooks and crannies that don't get much attention normally.) I really enjoyed the relaxation.

I'm a big fan. I get along to most classes, but sometimes I have to work. I've been coming to yoga for like 8 -9 years and we've done so many different types of classes, it's been great. I enjoy all of it, especially the deep wellness relaxation at the end. I really need that, especially if work has been a stress out.
